Joking aside, the restriction has helped me stop the habit of blindly watching Shorts. I may still go on YouTube, but more purposefully to watch a video on subscribed channel and afterwards it gets automatically restricted again.

@jamie@gamerstavern.online @alex@gamerstavern.online In case you're watching on phone I recommend using YouTube revanced. You can rip any section, like shorts, completely out. For tv, it's Smarttube that can do pretty much the same.
