@jamie@gamerstavern.online Don't feel too bad, it's a whole format designed specifically to trigger addictive behavior in *anyone*. One of my control mechanisms to avoiding it is remember to just get *pissed* at them if I ever find myself falling into it.
They're *trying* to do this to me. Fuck that.

@operationpuppet@gamerstavern.online Yeah exactly. This is why I’ve put a blocker in the way to make me think twice before going ahead. I’d have to use a passcode and select an amount of time to access YouTube if I wanted to use it, and I think that will be enough for me to stop doing it on impulse and only use it for something specific as and when.
