So if GPT generated code isn't copyrightable, and if (insert big tech corp here) has announced that XX% of their code is now GPT generated, and if someone obtains said code and uses a GPT to reproduce/reimplement/re-*whatever you want to call stealing by LLM proxy* the missing (previously human written) bits, would that be open source? Asking for a friend
