Just to be clear. Real estate costs, for professionals and small businesses, are the parasitic chokeholds that slow down the economy overall. We don't need more "investors", even less to attract them via tax breaks. We need current developers that hoarded land and keep creating artificial scarcity to go bankrupt and be replaced by a more diverse construction ecosystem. Full stop. It is not only for residential property, it is also for shops and small businesses to flourish.
