@sarahtaber@mastodon.online I think one of the reasons people do this is because they (sub)consciously understand the flipside is that OTHER people must have Super Serious justifications in order to not like THEM, and that’s just…not how it works. And I get it, when you’re nuerodivergent or marginalized, many people aren’t honest enough with themselves or you to recognize when they’re not clicking for discriminatory reasons, but leaning on “explain why you don’t like me or you can’t” is not the right choice.
