@Plantwizard@mastodon.social we lost approx a third of the population when Cow Green reservoir was built in the 60's. Margaret Bradshaw MBE campaigned against it then and still actively campaigns for the flora at 100. It's a semi alpine climate here so they cling on but for how much longer?
