Supposedly slow-blinks are a way of cats showing trust/affection, which adds another layer to this if it's actually true.

@contrasocial@mastodon.social @yurnidiot@mstdn.social I’ve always thought that of a cat’s slow blinking. Does add another layer. I’m still amazed at the other cat seemingly pretending his ear bothered him. Can it be? To me that takes a type of creative thinking I’ve never seen in a cat.
