@toxi@mastodon.thi.ng you are putting concise framing around the unease I’ve felt about so-called AI since it crossed into the mainstream. Thank you. I am not so much worried about the technology itself, as I expect it to play out as good at some things and bad at others, granted perhaps in places with a splash of that sci-fi magic a huge chunk of us has been dreaming about (in a good and bad sense) since we were teenagers. 1/2
