The Russo Brothers absentmindedly suggesting that Uncle Ben and his death weren't important to MCU Spidey is hard to take seriously if you've watched the actual films. The films that retread the typical Spidey origin beats to the point of replacing Uncle Ben with Aunt May in a particularly cruel manner. The films that end with a literal status quo reset to isolate Peter and strip him of all the Iron Boy quirks. Even the only Spidey film actually directed by the Russos went out of its way to do the "great power comes great responsibility" bit without saying it outright.
