As with many rants, I have no answers, only questions and complaints.
My faith in humanity has simultaneously been saved and thrown away.
I've seen people speed run themselves into insanity and people discover empathy and teach themselves things faster than ever.
I have been able to make useful stuff for myself that would have taken me months in days, sometimes hours.
And I've seen people who have made insane drivel who act like it's the cure for cancer.

To paraphrase Dickens. It is the best of times. It is the worst of times. It is the age of wisdom. It is the age of foolishness. It is the epoch of belief. It is the epoch of incredulity It was the season of light. It was the season of darkness. It was the spring of hope. It was the winter of despair. We had everything before us.
