Apologies for the vagueness of this post, why should become obvious. So there's a place that uses 802.1x to enhance security (which is a good thing!), and last night some work was carried out on it. It is now more than 12 hours after the change and end user devices still aren't connecting to the network after the work was completed. I am guessing that the business continuity plans are going to be exercised/updated...
