PSA to product managers: The word 'experience' only exists on your Miro board or Canva. No other actual humans talk about 'onboarding experience', 'support experience', 'checkout experience'. To us it is just 'onboarding', 'support', or 'checkout'. When you say 'This support experience is brought to you by Copilot Studio', we hear 'Bla bla bla I live and work in a bubble of privilege and lack any form of empathy.' Thank you.
