Imagine you are hired to fix things in an infrastructure, but the whole team insists on doing it "the established way". Might be ok in some situtaions, but it can cause confusing things such as: "This kubernetes pod can never be restarted, it will always crash. Also, another pod needs to be stopped, when it is started, but can be restarted later."
