Oh my, they falsified documents to classify it as "Quality assurance" to get around the ethic commissions denial yet published research papers including intimate pre-op pictures. There's reports of adult patients being pressured to participate under threat of being denied gender confirming care. Lack of aggregated statistics allows for individual identification. They also got research grants but when questioned about this they maintained it was quality assurance and thus they committed economical fraud against the state. I think this is the worst institutional abuse I've seen in Norway in my lifetime.
