@MarcRnt@sueden.social @signalapp@mastodon.world As someone that used Windows for many years I can tell you I don't know what a Winget is and exe's are good but some people don't trust them. This is why it's kinda needed on main stores like this as it brings an older or less techy audience to be able to join Signal but yeah it would be good to make sure Microsoft and any other big company doesn't dig there hands into software like this
