@huskify@mastodon.world @cdf1982@iosdev.space Yes ticks can be a problem, our tick season is short because it's usually so hot here, everything dry, they seem to pick them up when near water. The dogs wear collars to treat for all bugs, all year round, the sandfly is the biggest problem here for Leishmaniasis. We avoid all grass when they start to dry, Arko is a magnet for them, but while they are still green we are okay 🙃
