@harmonia_amanda@eldritch.cafe these changes affect all of France or only Île-de-France or? I'm aware of American rental schemes for "durable medical equipment" but not specifically wheelchairs. I saw for example rent for 12 months and after 12 months of payment then you own it. "health insurance" may cover some or all of those 12 payments.
