I'm about to see if Everett's housing market is still insane. My neighbor's landlord plans to sell his house. 2 beds, 1 bath, 1,070 sqft on a 2,170 sqft lot with no off-street parking. He wants $475,000 for it. 😵 Good luck with that. Seems to be about $100k overpriced to me. #Everett #RealEstate
