Depending on the variety (unknown) you might be able to harvest them at the start of Summer, plant again, and have a second harvest before Winter, but I would personally keep them there for one big pre-Winter harvest, as larger potatoes store better.
As someone else already said, dig a couple up, if they are good for you, you can harvest all of them or wait some more. If the season is still long, leave some for a second harvest.

@pico@mstdn.science Thanks for the advice We are not in a rush, so we will let them grow properly and keep an eye on their health and size. Once they are ready, we will go for a full harvest and use that as a good learning experience before we officially start growing them more seriously.
