Elektro L2 [14,5° w] weather sat, L-band. Luch 5B [16,5° w] mainly relay sat for the ISS.
And BINGO!

5/more So the transmitter dish in 1030 Vienna serves Ekspress AM8 with feeds. AM8 Ku and C-Band footprints cover the entire northern half of Africa.
