I could see a Kuritan set with clean orderly streets, torii style elements, cherry blossoms, with a mix of ordered and battle scarred versions. Or Steiner ones that are more concrete slabs and industrial. Might be a lot easier to incorporate small elements directly into them, and could include a few variations of each with vehicles or whatever
