@iani@ruby.social @leigh@ottawa.place Not *too* bad, but definitely not trivial for how we chose to do it. We're running all the components (Mastodon, Sidekiq workers, Postgres, Redis, etc.) on dedicated hardware in OVH Montreal–nothing managed, for now. I also wanted to make sure that we had proper monitoring (Prometheus) and regular encrypted backups before launch. All in all... about a week and a half or so of work in the evenings?
