I can imagine some hypothetical dire situation when you desperately need some tool or piece of code and you have absolutely no way to acquire it and you don't really know any programming language. You probably can vibecode it in the most dirty way possible to do the job for yourself and throw it away.
But sharing it with the whole world in the most obtrusive manner...
