@espidev@fosstodon.org I love the idea of bigscreen for years but it needs a ton of work and Kirigami apps have to be more easily adaptable to big screens and remotes. I am extremely glad it's no longer half dead and very thankful for your work tho! :)

@espidev@fosstodon.org You obviously don't have to try it but just out of curiosity and in case you find time to test or already did. How well does SmartTube Next work through Waydroid and can the StremIO desktop interface be controlled over a remote or can we run the TV one through Waydroid too? These are my two main TV apps next to Kodi which certainly works and if they are covered I could theoretically get a minicomputer instead of a new TV stick and use PostmarketOS on it.
