@SebastianGallehr@norden.social I certainly hope so, though think about the number of people on Chrome! I think patent registration is a record of exploration and intent, not a business plan or indication of exactly how something may be used. But the direction of travel is clear. tbf I really struggle with firefox for many reasons - the AI move of mozilla, and how so. many. websites. widgets. just don't work with it - and am always on the brink of ditching it. but the alternatives seem bad in other ways!
