@ohjames@queer.cool You have to pry on the display to unglue it. That’s the only difficult part. I’m not concerned about putting it back together, because you don’t need to use force on anything.
To get the screen off you have to heat it up and cut the glue, which means pushing a sharp blade between the case and a tiny little screen.

@ohjames@queer.cool Also, I’ve seen a guy on YouTube doing the job with the exact same iFixit tools I have. Looks easy, I will probably regret it later.😅
