Now this is a national day I can get behind! May 12 is National Nutty #Fudge day!!! Even better, my protagonist, Lily Gallagher, can join in because even though she tries to avoid it, there are times when the only solution to a problem is chocolate. Although she prefers dark chocolate, 70% or thereabouts, she'll enjoy some well made fudge on occasion. What's yours? Dark #ChocolateCandy, or fudge?
