@ChrisMayLA6 I have questions re economics 1 what would the economic effect be of adjusting the Treasury's green book so it was pro rata instead of how it is now where it ends up favouring London would this help to address the north south divide on a structural level? Can the UK government go building 25% of all the housing in the UK for 10 years, all passiv haus socialised communities 5m passive house homes? What's the economic impact would that have? - Sweden did with a million in 10yrs
