@Ruth_Mottram@fediscience.org DK state ITs love affair with microsoft, apps needed to access state services. Follow the money, attractive incentives are the cause. State employees and Decision makers are lining their pockets with wads of money to the detriment of the countrys they are supposed to represent. China does it better, the corrupt polititicians risk their lives and loss of all property and money. It is not perfect strategy but badly needed in all of EU as corruption is rife.
