Being broke has really put into perspective why a person should buy things. Like, I was once the kind of person who would spend a bunch of money on a steam sale on games I thought were interesting, but didn't want to immediately play. now? I know that's a bad idea, and I only purchase games if I know for a fact I am going to play them.
