I used to like Twitter for it's SMS characters number limit. I thought it's beneficial, but after invention of SMM and other branding ideas, especially with AI, it literally stopped to make any sense anymore. I read only following people and answers to their posts, not need to limit people with their thoughts. In Mastodon and real people on X I see no issues with long posts. I'd prefer to have a better way to filter posts/people I don't like to see anymore. it removes all needs from a characters limit. #mastodon #twitter #x #bluesky
