im looking rn at a billboard criticizing the recent ban over 6x1 work journeys here in brazil. anyone who argues that 6x1 is better does not know anything about how humans are productive, or wants tired people on purpose some studies (cant name them rn, can link a brazilian video if you want tho) say that going from 6x1 to 5x2 have not affected at all the productivity of their employees, while also making those employees more creative and also more rested. honestly just by thinking it should be obvious: less work means more time to reflect and rest, which means more energy for work, which means better and faster high quality work the only logical reason i see for 6x1 is to have tired workers on purpose to make easier to manipulate them, because i mean, less time to rest and think means an mind thatd be more okay to follow easier and simpler arguments, and considering politicians here rely on dumb manipulatable minds, it makes sense also btw 996 on china is actually illegal
