Just ran into the problem where Apple Pages uses stupid amounts of CPU, heating up my laptop. The fix is the same the last time this happened - disable Siri Suggestions for the app. If you haven't done this since Apple released the new apps then you have to do it again - they haven't fixed this problem. https://sheep.horse/2025/6/a_fix_for_high_cpu_usage_in_apple_pages.html
