I see a lot of posts on Mastodon proclaiming that we need to bring back blogs and the "old internet". I get the sentiment but you know what the old internet didn't have? A bunch of people complaining about it. Be the change you want to see. Start (or update) a blog, interact with other bloggers, find and link to interesting (or stuff that interests you, at least) pages.
