Just realized that we get power cutoffs often enough that I maybe should buy an UPS for my laptop now. Which is just silly... With an external keyboard (because S on the built-in is permanently shorted) and a spiderweb of dongle wires (because all built-in USB ports bar one are dead) I get no convenience of a laptop and with the form factor I get no performance of a comparable desktop. The worst of both worlds!
