Damn, this is crazy. The only time I would intervene in a (child’s) job was if they were under 18 and their manager was trying to screw them over or treating them badly. When my kiddo got her first job they were amazed at how well she cleaned and organized. She shrugged and said, “You aren’t even close to what we do at home.” 😆
