The Chud the Builder case, as usual, is being obfuscated by the usual normies and tards but the crux of his defense is going to be that the black guy sought him out to confrot and then attacked him. Chud wasnt doing his bit or streaming. He didnt premeditate anything, beyond be armed for self defense, while the black guy did. Now escalating a fist fight to a gun fight that i dont know TN law well enough to say if he'll get got for that. He shouldnt but he committed the ultimate GayRaceCommunist sin of saying nigger to black people so they will throw the book at him. Its actually a fascinating case because, as mentioned, this assault was premeditated by the black guy because of Chud exercising his first amendment right openly, publicly, and while making money. It also pulls in the 2nd amendment and self defense laws. Its also another litmus test to out those on the right who are still mind raped by the Civil Rights act and the social engineering that de facto says a magic word means you can be beaten or murdered at will while there are examples, almost weekly, of blacks getting light sentences or deemed incompetent for committing crimes against Whites. Hope it goes to trial and is televised. (It will probably be streamed on Kick)
