Simplified it a bit... now only need to handle state, so Meister understands what is happening. (playing or not)
I also learned loopMIDI on Windows is very unreliable! tomorrow this will hopefully be resolved with a CME H4MIDI.

Got the minimal skin working across two screens with AHK. Wish Mixxx had a way to do this, like a bordeless option... or even two windows. This works for now with some gotchas (it can NOT claim the full workarea as the 'taskbar' is still claimed in size, though not visible).
