I have a heap of Pilot G2s from back in high school when they were my favorite pens, and I hate them now because they constantly skip, but I hate the idea of throwing them out too cause of the waste. I like fancier pens too, but simple gel clickers are hard to beat for everyday use. My go-to now is Sharpie S-gel; you can find them anywhere, and I've never had this skipping problem with them.
