@ChrisMayLA6@zirk.us I’m speculating but having read Neidle’s hit-piece in support of the Times story and its reliance on both the minutiae of case law relating to Council Tax liability and presumptions about Zack’s living arrangements based on where his post was delivered and he was reported to do his laundry, I honestly don’t imagine for a minute it occurred to Zack that anything was amiss in his financial affairs Once it was pointed out, he held up his hands, apologised and paid up 🤷🏽‍♂️
