@ChrisMayLA6@zirk.us Not sure why there’s such an obsession over Burnham, tbh. It’s almost as bad as the one over Corbyn. And Burnham isn’t an MP, so it seems to me to be a deflection, a waste of time and energy, which undoubtedly suits Starmer & Streeting. Everyone needs to look at who is available & likely: Rayner, Milliband, and that whole noxious Front Bench. There must be outlier MPs within govt worth a better look. Wish Clive Lewis would be a contender, but he doesn’t seem interested.

@HarriettMB@toot.wales Agreed; Clive Lewis would actually be a leader who *could* offer some really meaningful change for the Labour Party, and thus of course both isn't interested (he likely knows it would be quixotic) & would never be allowed near the leadership by the 'controllers'
