@http_error_418@hachyderm.io Noone succeeded in stopping the 2000 Act being passed and, using the enabling and less obvious clauses, expanded. The whole shitshow regarding these issues shows who the real terrorists are; using the definitions being employed to pot the protestors for life in effect. It has led to the elimination of the right to protest anything, compulsory ID, the sale of PII including biometrics to the Broligarchs... I would say the initial war is won/lost. The longstanding Cold second Civil War is heating up rapidly. The real reason for the HRA was to try and cut the Strasbourg Court out of Human Rights issues in the UK, not make it easier for claimants. The only appeal possible now is to Strasbourg as all others within the UK are blocked. @ChrisMayLA6@zirk.us
