@naga@toot.cat Oh yeah, I just meant the part about Octavia Butler whose works I've read. Can't speak about McNamara since I haven't read her, though I'm sure she's great! I haven't read The Patternist series, though the alien-mated humans and their offspring in Xenogenesis seemed to have extended life & youth. I can't recall (or maybe it never came up) if they had actual immortality tho.
