@iRodknocker@mastodon.social So that's the reason why it's doing this. Since you hid the posts it's trying to sync with, it goes to the next visible post closest to it. Every time you flip back and forth it's just going to the next older post it can match with. If that bothers you, I suggest not hiding mentions in the “ALL" section.

@ivory@tapbots.social Too bad. I had envisioned this feature differently. I wanted to see mentions only in the "Mentions" tab and everything except mentions under "All." But of course, it should focus on the current position and not show me something old — that doesn’t really make sense. Could you reconsider and see if there’s a way to improve this?
