@k3ym0@infosec.exchange Corporate America basically only responds to crises, real or imagined. So if they want the companies that benefit from NTP to get their wallets out, they need to have a crisis. It can't just be "please let's prevent this bad thing"—if stuff like that worked, we wouldn't be staring down the barrel of global warming—it needs to be "THE INTERNET DIES TOMORROW UNLESS..." Then the gears will turn. Capitalism doesn't respond to pleas, it responds to threats.
