@miramarco@blob.coffee not a rally, but even an explicitly queer conference I wanted to go to a few years back when I needed a wheelchair just seemed utterly bewildered at my questions (spoiler: I stayed home)
It just doesn’t cross some folks’ minds; I think privilege is the factor

@zigg@queer.garden Oooof, that’s awful, especially coming from a queer conference. I agree, privilege is the factor, if you have it you may not even be aware of those who are not as lucky
