Get the 9, not the 9a. The 9 has a swappable charging board if the port ever goes bad. Google does sales relatively frequently, just sign up to get notified on when they do one. Also in regards to banking apps, I have a seperate profile for them and Graphene's sandboxed Google Play Services, and they all work fine. Only drawback is that some of them won't let you use quick sign in. By the way, do not use F-Droid or Aurora! They both have numerous security issues. My recommendation would be to use a combination of Accrescent, Obtainium, and AppVerifier for acquiring apps you'd otherwise get from F-Droid.
