Are we witnessing someone living his schizophrenia on lemmy right now? I'm sad now 🥺 but how can a stranger on the web help another stranger to stop scratching an itch in their brain. Hope you snap out of it and get help OP.

Their very first words describe their condition, why are you asking this like you're pointing out some new or controversial information? If you actually want to be kind and helpful, how does "hope you *snap out of it* and get help" achieve that whatsoever? So condescending and useless to OP, just signalling your own (shallow) compassion to *other* readers. Totally gross to be honest.
