@zeh@mastodon.gamedev.place @scy@chaos.social Ah, thought you had responded to something else there for a sec. Yeah, that's the pulfrich effect, which *does* work for some people: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pulfrich_effect
But for many others, it outright makes them sick, which is why you never see games do parallax like this. Seriously it turns my stomach, only game to ever do that to me.
