It's been a few years since I've had my big surgery. I'm tracking every orgasm in my calendar because I want to track my libido and sexual function so that I can check if there's any change and determine what influences it. I'm slightly frustrated that I'm not masturbating often enough. It still takes a lot of work and time and I haven't fully learned my own body yet. I can achieve an orgasm with decent vibrators and other stimuli (*cough* hot porn) and by now I've gotten to the point of being able to climax on my own without having to strain. I no longer have the most sensitive parts, which I was previously relying on. I had trouble reaching an orgasm when it's not me touching myself in the past already and surgery made that even harder - though, granted, I didn't have many chances to experience that *yet*. I also gained a lot of weight, which probably makes pleasuring me a lot harder. And then there's the wetness. I get severely wet from arousal and I feel as if I produce more fluid during an orgasm now than I did before I even started HRT. This is not a mess that is as easily contained as before, which kind of keeps me from just exploring and teasing myself unless I can lie down on a blanket. (I do keep a stash of pads in every room in my apartment just in case I get too horny and don't want to soak through all layers of my clothing…) Cleanup is also much more involved now and honestly, I usually have to take a shower to really clean up. Well, it's a mess, but I'm very happy that everything still kind of works and is still fun. I also did not know how much my previous anatomy bothered me until after I had my surgery, where a lot of stress and mental health stuff suddenly got lifted overnight.
